Born and raised in Gainesville, I graduated from Buchholz High School and attended the University of Florida graduating with a degree in Advertising. I spent the next four years as a property manager in the Gainesville area. In 2004 I decided to follow my advertising roots and joined The Curry Team as the Marketing Director and team manager which eventually led me to become a selling partner and listing agent. With my help we achieved the #1 Sales Team at Re/Max in Gainesville from 2003-2006 and #26 Sales Team in Florida in 2006. After three years I decided it was time to go out on my own and I joined Keller Williams.

During my first year as an agent I netted over $2 Million in sales and over the past few years I have been involved in over 400 closings.  Our team is in the top 10% of Keller Williams Gainesville and I sit on various boards and was an intricate part of the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council. My main goal is assist my clients to achieve their goals and find their dreams. If you ask any of my past clients they will undoubtedly tell you I never meet a stranger and consider them all a friend. For my buyers, I pride myself on really learning what home will make their life complete and for my sellers what price and time frame will enable them to make to most of their new surroundings.

As for our local advantage, you probably can’t find a group with deeper roots than us. My father is a retired Fire Fighter and taught me everything I know about the Gainesville grid and neighborhood make up. I still go to him if I have a question.  My grandparents have lived behind the Millhopper Publix for over 30 years and both of my parents graduated from Gainesville High School.  I bleed orange and blue and will always call Gainesville home.

I was born and raised in N. Central Florida and started my career in real estate with The Local Advantage as a part time assistant. However, I quickly fell in love with real estate and decided to get licensed so I could fully enjoy the benefits of being a part of this industry. My first year as a full-time agent I became a multi-million dollar producer.

Over the years my love for real estate has only grown. I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families find their dream homes. In 2019 I began working with multiple contractors and am the exclusive listing agent on the communities they are building and expanding in the N. Central FL area. The experience of being a part of these projects from the ground floor up has only served to broaden my knowledge of real estate which continues to allow me to serve my customers to the fullest.

I have been honored to receive multiple rewards from inside and out of Keller Williams for my numbers/sales, but truly my biggest reward is how many clients have become friends over all of these years and seeing these friends expand their families or just living happily in the homes that we worked hard to help them get. My team has affectionally dubbed me, “the friend collector”.

In addition to my job as a real estate agent, I am a mom to two beautiful children and wife to an Alachua County native. Together we enjoyed investing and owning real estate for many years before I pursued a full-time career in the business. My spunky personality and willingness to go the extra mile for my customers is what makes me one of the areas top real estate agents! 

Ginny is the guardian angel of our team. From the moment you sign on the dotted line until you are sitting at the closing table she will be your main source of communication.

Ginny will stay in touch with you, the title company, lenders, inspectors, and everyone involved in your transaction to make sure it runs smoothly throughout the entire process of buying or selling. She is responsive, motivated, and highly organized. She has been in the real estate, insurance, and banking industries for her entire career so she is a great source of knowledge in all areas of your transaction. She truly loves her job and it shows in everything she does. There is no one better to take care of your home and treat it as if it were her own.

Outside of the office Ginny is a mom to 3 beautiful children, wife to a Gator Football fanatic, and dog mom to a pair of slobbery Bloodhounds that she wouldn’t trade for the world. She was born and raised in Alachua County and deeply loves the place she calls home.
